Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and monitor automated and semi-automated production machinery safely and efficiently.
- Perform manual assembly of electronic components according to technical drawings and standard operating procedures (SOP).
- Conduct regular quality inspections to identify and report any defects or deviations in production.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace by adhering to 5S manufacturing principles.
- Accurately document production output, material usage, and machine downtime in the internal tracking system.
- Interpret and follow production schedules to ensure timely completion of customer orders.
- Collaborate with the maintenance and engineering teams to report equipment malfunctions.
- Ensure 100% compliance with all corporate safety regulations and environmental health standards.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of SPM/STPM/SKM or equivalent certification in a technical field.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment is preferred but not required.
- Ability to read and interpret basic technical instructions and safety manuals.
- Strong manual dexterity and the ability to handle small electronic components.
- Willingness to work in a shift-based rotation, including night shifts or weekends if required.
- Basic command of English and Bahasa Malaysia for communication and reporting.
- Excellent attendance record and a strong sense of punctuality.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks with high accuracy.
