Join PERSOL as a Production Operator/Assembler at our cutting-edge electronics manufacturing facility in Ulu Tiram, Johor. Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and monitor production machinery for electronic component assembly
- Perform precision soldering, wiring, and component installation tasks
- Execute quality control checks and product testing procedures
- Maintain clean and organized workstation following 5S principles
- Document production data and report equipment malfunctions
- Collaborate with team leaders to meet production targets
- Adhere to safety protocols and ISO standards
Kualifikasi
- SPM or equivalent technical certification
- Minimum 1 year experience in electronics assembly/manufacturing
- Familiarity with ESD control and safety procedures
- Basic knowledge of electronic components and schematics
- Ability to read technical drawings and assembly instructions
- Good manual dexterity and attention to detail
- Willingness to work in shift-based environment
