Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Perform routine quality control checks to ensure products meet company and industry standards.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Adhere to all company policies, including attendance and shift schedules.
- Report any equipment malfunctions, material defects, or safety hazards immediately to the supervisor.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet daily production targets and goals.
- Complete necessary production logs and documentation accurately and on time.
Kualifikasi
- High School Diploma or Vocational Certificate preferred.
- Physically fit and able to stand for long periods and perform manual labor.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn machine operation.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays if required.
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
- No prior experience required; comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided.
