Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and monitor production machinery to ensure efficient output and product quality
- Perform routine maintenance checks and minor repairs on equipment
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and quality assurance standards
- Document production data and maintain accurate shift reports
- Collaborate with team members to optimize production workflows
- Identify and report equipment malfunctions or process inefficiencies
- Support continuous improvement initiatives in manufacturing processes
Kualifikasi
- Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) or equivalent qualification
- Basic technical aptitude with mechanical/electrical interest
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Strong attention to detail and quality focus
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia or English
- Willingness to work shift hours including weekends
- Previous manufacturing experience preferred but not essential
- Ability to lift up to 15kg and stand for extended periods
