Tanggung Jawab
- Operate 'Cut & Bend' machinery safely and efficiently according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Perform regular checks to ensure all materials meet quality specifications and production standards.
- Monitor machine performance and report any mechanical irregularities to the production supervisor immediately.
- Maintain consistent production output to meet daily team targets and deadlines.
- Adhere strictly to Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
- Conduct basic machine maintenance and calibration to ensure continuous operation.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline workflow and improve production efficiency.
- Document production logs and report daily progress accurately.
Kualifikasi
- Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment is highly preferred.
- Able to perform physical tasks and stand for extended periods during shift hours.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and following strict operational guidelines.
- Ability to work a 5.5-day work week effectively.
- Good team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Basic understanding of metalwork or industrial machinery is an advantage.
- Reliable, punctual, and disciplined in handling production schedules.
- Basic proficiency in reading and understanding simple technical instructions.
