Tanggung Jawab
- Operate production machinery and equipment in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Perform routine quality inspections to ensure all finished products meet technical specifications.
- Assemble electronic components precisely and efficiently on the production line.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or process inconsistencies to the floor supervisor immediately.
- Document production output and material usage accurately in the tracking system.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily production targets and meet delivery deadlines.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM or equivalent educational qualification.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment is an advantage but not required; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong attention to detail and good hand-eye coordination.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adhere to strict safety guidelines.
- Must be willing to work on a rotational shift basis (including night shifts where applicable).
- Basic proficiency in reading and writing in Bahasa Malaysia or English.
- Physically fit to perform repetitive tasks and stand for extended periods.
