Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and monitor production machinery to ensure optimal output
- Adhere to strict quality control standards and food safety protocols
- Maintain clean and organized production areas following HACCP guidelines
- Perform routine equipment checks and basic preventive maintenance
- Document production data and report operational discrepancies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet production targets
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all production processes
Kualifikasi
- SPM or equivalent qualification required
- Minimum 1 year experience in manufacturing/production preferred
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with physical stamina
- Good communication skills in Malay or English
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends if needed
- Basic computer literacy for data entry tasks
