As a Production Operator, you will be the backbone of our floor operations. Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and monitor production machinery to ensure continuous and efficient operation.
- Perform routine inspections of equipment to detect malfunctions and ensure safety compliance.
- Execute daily production tasks according to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and schedules.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation to support a safe manufacturing environment.
- Perform quality checks on finished goods to ensure they meet company specifications.
- Document production activities, equipment logs, and output quantities accurately.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to troubleshoot production bottlenecks.
- Strictly adhere to all health, safety, and environmental (HSE) protocols.
Kualifikasi
- Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred but not required.
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks and stand for extended periods during shift hours.
- Basic knowledge of machinery operation and mechanical aptitude is highly advantageous.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and following standard operating procedures.
- Must be a team player with good communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work rotating shifts or overtime as required by production schedules.
- Basic proficiency in English (reading and understanding safety labels/instructions).
- Candidates must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, industrial setting.
