Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and monitor food production equipment including cooking, chilling, and packaging machinery
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for meal preparation and food processing
- Maintain strict hygiene and sanitation standards in accordance with food safety regulations
- Monitor product quality throughout the production process and report any deviations
- Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting of production equipment
- Document production data and maintain accurate records as required
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and meet production targets
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies at all times
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Previous experience in food production or manufacturing is preferred
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
