Tanggung Jawab
- Operate production machinery and equipment according to safety guidelines.
- Perform regular quality checks on finished goods to ensure they meet company standards.
- Monitor assembly lines to ensure efficiency and minimize production downtime.
- Assist in the packing, labeling, and preparation of goods for transportation.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to uphold workplace safety (WSH) standards.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or process inconsistencies to the supervisor immediately.
- Complete daily production reports and documentation accurately.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily output targets.
Kualifikasi
- No formal experience required; comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided.
- Must be comfortable working in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
- Ability to perform physically active tasks, including standing for extended periods.
- Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new operational processes.
- Good team player with strong interpersonal skills.
- Willing to work on shifts if required by the production schedule.
- Valid right to work in Singapore.
