Range Pharma Sdn. Bhd. is an established leader in the veterinary pharmaceutical manufacturing industry. We are seeking an experienced, proactive, and dedicated Production Operator (Line Leader) to oversee operations at our state-of-the-art facility in Kota Damansara, Selangor.
In this role, you will coordinate daily manufacturing processes, manage assembly and packaging lines, and ensure our products meet strict pharmaceutical quality standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and lead a team of production operators on the manufacturing floor to meet daily output targets.
- Ensure all production activities comply strictly with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safe work procedures.
- Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot pharmaceutical production machinery and packaging equipment.
- Maintain accurate logs, batch records, and daily production reports.
- Perform quality checks and monitor process parameters to prevent waste and defects.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and orderliness in the work area adhering to 5S principles.
- Coordinate with maintenance and QA/QC teams to minimize production downtime.
Kualifikasi
- At least 3 years of hands-on working experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in pharmaceuticals, food & beverage (F&B), or chemical sectors.
- Proven line leadership or supervisory experience in a factory environment.
- Strong understanding of production machinery and basic troubleshooting techniques.
- Familiarity with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) standards is a major advantage.
- Willingness to work overtime (OT) and handle physical/manual tasks as required.
- Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia; basic understanding of English is preferred for documentation.
