Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Perform routine quality checks and inspections to ensure products meet high standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace at all times.
- Assist in the packaging, labeling, and preparation of finished goods for distribution.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality control guidelines strictly.
- Report any equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, or material defects immediately to the supervisor.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Secondary School Certificate in any relevant field.
- Previous experience in manufacturing or production is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Basic understanding of industrial safety protocols and workplace hygiene.
- Ability to work in a physically demanding role, including standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions precisely.
