Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and monitor production machinery and assembly equipment in a medical manufacturing environment.
- Perform precise assembly, inspection, and packaging of medical devices and components.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Conduct routine quality checks to ensure all products meet strict regulatory standards.
- Report any defects, deviations, or equipment malfunctions immediately to the production supervisor.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily production targets and efficiency goals.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE O-Level or equivalent educational qualification.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing, assembly, or production role is preferred.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks with high accuracy.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
- Willingness to undergo on-the-job training regarding safety and machinery operation.
- Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced, industrial setting.
