As a Production Operator, you will be at the heart of the manufacturing process. You will be responsible for the end-to-end assembly of medical devices, ensuring that every component meets rigorous safety and quality specifications. Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and monitor specialized production machinery to assemble high-quality medical products.
- Conduct thorough visual inspections of components and finished goods to identify defects.
- Perform precise manual assembly and packing of medical devices according to standardized work instructions.
- Maintain accurate production documentation and logs to ensure full traceability and compliance with ISO standards.
- Ensure the cleanliness of the workstation and adhere to strict cleanroom protocols to prevent contamination.
- Collaborate with the Quality Control (QC) team to report any irregularities in the production line.
- Follow all Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations and company safety policies at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE 'N'/'O' Level, ITE, or equivalent educational background.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is highly preferred, though entry-level candidates with a positive attitude are welcome.
- Ability to work in a cleanroom environment, which includes wearing appropriate jumpsuits and PPE.
- Comfortable with performing repetitive tasks with high precision and manual dexterity.
- Willingness to work on rotating shifts (if required) and stand for extended periods during the production cycle.
- Basic proficiency in English to read and understand technical work instructions and safety manuals.
- Strong commitment to quality and attention to detail.
