Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and monitor production equipment to ensure efficient and smooth operations
- Adhere to strict quality control standards and procedures to maintain product integrity
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of production machinery and work area
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols at all times
- Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines
- Document production activities and report any equipment malfunctions or issues
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Previous experience in manufacturing or production environment preferred
- Basic knowledge of quality control procedures and standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production targets
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks
- Willingness to work overtime as required by production demands
