We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Operator to join our client, a well-established US Healthcare Solutions Manufacturing MNC, located in Tuas. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a leading global company known for its high-quality healthcare products and advanced manufacturing processes.
As a Production Operator, you will be responsible for operating production equipment, ensuring product quality, and maintaining a safe work environment. This role offers a 5-day work week, competitive salary up to $1,800 per month, plus attractive allowances ($50 attendance allowance), overtime pay, annual wage supplement (AWS), and performance bonus.

Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and monitor production machinery to ensure smooth operations.
- Assemble, inspect, and package products according to specifications.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
- Adhere to strict quality and safety standards.
- Troubleshoot basic equipment issues and report problems to supervisors.
- Assist in inventory management and material handling.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production targets.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and good manufacturing practices (GMP).
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Ability to stand for long hours and perform repetitive tasks.
- Basic knowledge of industrial safety practices.
- Willingness to work 5 days a week, including possibly rotating shifts if required.
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 10kg.
- Good communication skills and team-oriented attitude.
- Prior experience in healthcare or medical device manufacturing is an advantage.
- Secondary education or equivalent.
