Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and monitor production machinery to ensure efficient output.
- Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and minor repairs on equipment.
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Inspect products for quality defects and report any issues immediately.
- Maintain accurate production logs and record data accurately.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily production targets.
- Ensure the workstation is clean, organized, and compliant with company standards.
Kualifikasi
- SPM/STPM/Diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience in manufacturing or FMCG is preferred.
- Basic technical knowledge of machine operations is an advantage.
- Physically fit and able to perform repetitive tasks and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to shift work.
- Basic computer literacy for data entry purposes.
