- Operate and monitor automated packaging machinery for food products
- Pack, weigh, and label finished goods with precision and efficiency
- Maintain strict hygiene and quality control standards in production areas
- Conduct routine equipment checks and report maintenance needs
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to food safety regulations and company protocols
- Inspect products for defects before packaging completion
- Support continuous improvement initiatives in packaging processes
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling products
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of food safety standards (HACCP principles)
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights
- Good communication skills in English or Mandarin
- Willingness to work rotational shifts if required
