Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and monitor pharmaceutical production machinery in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards.
- Perform regular quality checks on products to ensure they meet stringent safety and efficacy specifications.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the assembly, packaging, and labeling of medical products.
- Maintain a clean and organized work station to prevent cross-contamination in line with industry regulations.
- Document production activities, including batch records and equipment logs, with high accuracy.
- Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues and escalate complex maintenance requirements to the technical team.
- Participate in daily shift briefings and safety audits to foster a culture of workplace excellence.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE 'N' or 'O' Level, or a Nitec certification in a relevant engineering or manufacturing field.
- Prior experience in a pharmaceutical, food, or chemical manufacturing environment is highly advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks with precision.
- Ability to read and understand technical documentation and SOPs in English.
- Good physical health and ability to stand for extended periods during shift hours.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety (WSH) and cleanliness protocols.
- Ability to work well within a team and follow instructions from supervisors accurately.
