Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and monitor printing machinery (e.g., offset, digital, or flexographic) to ensure smooth production flow.
- Perform regular quality checks on printed materials to ensure color accuracy, alignment, and finish meet client specifications.
- Perform routine maintenance on printing equipment to prevent downtime and extend machine lifespan.
- Assist in the preparation and setup of printing jobs, including paper loading and ink mixing.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to strict health and safety regulations.
- Report any machinery malfunctions or material defects to the supervisor immediately.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM/SPM-V qualification or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a printing or manufacturing environment is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to read and understand technical specifications and job orders.
- Basic knowledge of printing processes and quality control standards.
- Physically fit and able to stand for long periods.
- Good attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work in shifts if required.
