Tanggung Jawab
- Operate high-speed printing machinery in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Conduct regular equipment inspections and perform routine preventative maintenance to minimize downtime.
- Monitor production output to ensure quality standards are met and waste is minimized.
- Troubleshoot minor mechanical or technical issues during operation and escalate complex faults to engineering teams.
- Maintain accurate production logs and documentation for daily reporting.
- Ensure compliance with all workplace safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional team members to meet production schedules and delivery timelines.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Nitec/Higher Nitec in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing or printing environment.
- Proven ability to interpret technical manuals and follow detailed operational workflows.
- Strong physical stamina to perform machine operation tasks and stand for extended periods.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify quality defects quickly.
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude towards team collaboration.
- Ability to work rotating shifts if required by production needs.
