Tanggung Jawab
- Operate automated production and inspection equipment in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Conduct regular visual and mechanical inspections of materials to identify defects or deviations.
- Sort materials based on quality standards and report any non-conforming items immediately to the supervisor.
- Monitor system performance metrics and perform basic adjustments to ensure optimal output.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation in compliance with 5S and safety protocols.
- Document production data and inspection results accurately into digital or manual logs.
- Collaborate with the production team to minimize downtime and resolve technical bottlenecks.
- Ensure all safety gear is worn and protocols are followed to maintain a hazard-free work environment.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE 'N'/'O' Levels or equivalent vocational certification.
- Proven experience working as a Production Operator, Quality Inspector, or in a similar manufacturing environment.
- Ability to interpret technical instructions and follow detailed assembly or inspection manuals.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills for data logging and system monitoring.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify subtle product defects.
- Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Physical stamina to handle standing duties or light manual tasks as required.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts if required by the production schedule.
