Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and oversee rubber manufacturing machinery in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Monitor production lines to ensure continuous operation and minimize downtime.
- Conduct regular quality control inspections to ensure products meet company and client specifications.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation to ensure compliance with safety and health regulations.
- Perform basic troubleshooting of machinery and report any mechanical issues to the maintenance team promptly.
- Accurately document production data, including output counts and material usage.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve daily production targets and quotas.
- Follow all company policies regarding workplace safety, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent certification.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks with consistency.
- Ability to work on a rotational shift basis, including weekends if necessary.
- Must be physically fit and capable of standing for long periods and lifting heavy loads as required.
- Basic understanding of workplace safety practices and willingness to follow strict safety protocols.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Basic proficiency in reading and writing in Bahasa Malaysia or English.
