As a Production Operator, you will play a crucial role in supporting daily manufacturing operations. Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and calibrate manufacturing machinery safely and efficiently.
- Handle, sort, and prepare raw production materials for the assembly line.
- Continuously monitor production lines to ensure a smooth and uninterrupted workflow.
- Perform routine quality checks and inspections to guarantee products meet strict quality control standards.
- Troubleshoot basic machine faults and promptly report any malfunctions to the shift supervisor.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment in accordance with 5S and safety regulations.
- Accurately record daily production data, machine performance metrics, and complete required log sheets.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM/STPM or equivalent educational qualification.
- Prior experience as a Machine Operator or in a manufacturing environment is highly advantageous.
- Ability to comprehend basic technical manuals, safety guidelines, and operating instructions.
- Exceptional attention to detail with a steadfast commitment to product quality.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights as needed.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends, or overtime to meet production demands.
- Basic computer literacy for data entry and digital logging of production metrics.
