- Operate and monitor assigned machinery/process units to ensure optimal production efficiency
- Perform routine equipment checks and maintenance to prevent operational downtime
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and quality control standards
- Document production metrics and report equipment malfunctions promptly
- Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines
- Maintain clean and organized work areas according to 5S principles
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for operational excellence
Kualifikasi
- Singaporean citizenship (mandatory requirement)
- Experience operating industrial machinery or production equipment preferred
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety procedures
- Ability to read technical manuals and follow operational instructions
- Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Good communication skills in English
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
