Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and monitor automated solar cell production equipment to ensure optimal performance and output.
- Perform rigorous visual inspection and sorting of solar wafers and cells to meet strict quality specifications.
- Handle and prepare raw materials, such as silicon wafers and chemical solutions, for the production process.
- Maintain accurate production records, including batch numbers, output quantities, and quality control data.
- Troubleshoot minor equipment alarms and operational issues, escalating complex problems to the technical team.
- Adhere to all safety regulations, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and cleanroom protocols.
- Participate in continuous improvement activities and suggest process enhancements to boost efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily and weekly production targets in a fast-paced environment.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM / O-Level or equivalent qualification; fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
- Prior experience in a manufacturing, electronics, or semiconductor environment is an added advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and good manual dexterity for handling delicate wafers and components.
- Physically capable of standing for prolonged periods and wearing full cleanroom attire (PPE).
- Willingness to work 12-hour rotating shifts (including days, nights, weekends, and public holidays).
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new software systems.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Positive working attitude, high integrity, and a strong sense of responsibility.
