We are seeking a dedicated Production Operator to join our dynamic team in Tacloban City. This role is pivotal in maintaining efficient plant operations through hands-on management of daily production workflows, material dispatch, and equipment maintenance. You will implement 5S methodology to ensure workplace organization, perform routine machinery upkeep, coordinate coil transfers between production lines, and promptly report operational issues to supervisors. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, prioritizes safety standards, and contributes to continuous improvement initiatives. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily production schedules to meet output targets
- Coordinate material dispatch and logistics for timely delivery
- Implement 5S standards (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain)
- Perform routine machinery maintenance and basic troubleshooting
- Safely transfer coils between production lines using equipment
- Monitor operations and report equipment malfunctions immediately
- Maintain accurate production logs and performance records
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational bottlenecks
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or vocational certification in technical field
- 1+ years experience in manufacturing or production environment
- Knowledge of 5S methodology and quality control standards
- Basic mechanical aptitude for equipment maintenance
- Ability to read technical manuals and follow safety protocols
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Physical stamina for standing, lifting, and operating machinery
- Good communication skills for reporting issues to supervisors
