Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and monitor production machinery to ensure efficient and safe operation, meeting daily production targets.
- Conduct quality inspections on products, ensuring they meet established specifications and standards.
- Accurately record production data, incidents, and deviations in logs and reports.
- Set up, adjust, and perform basic maintenance on equipment as required.
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and SOPs, promoting a zero-accident culture.
- Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to optimize production flow.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area in line with 5S principles.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and quality.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred.
- Physically fit and able to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot defects and inconsistencies.
- Willing to work rotating shifts, including weekends and overtime as necessary.
- Basic command of English and Bahasa Malaysia for communication and record-keeping.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Prior experience in electronics, automotive, or FMCG manufacturing is an advantage.
- Must be willing to work in the AMK area (transport provided for eligible candidates).
