Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee Packing Operations: Manage the daily flow of the packing line to ensure maximum efficiency and adherence to production schedules.
- Quality Assurance: Monitor production processes to ensure all products meet strict quality standards and safety regulations (GMP/HACCP).
- Team Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and motivate packing line staff, conducting daily briefings and shift handovers.
- Safety Compliance: Enforce strict safety protocols to ensure a hazard-free workplace for all employees.
- Performance Monitoring: Track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as output volume, defect rates, and downtime to identify areas for improvement.
- Maintenance Coordination: Communicate equipment needs and maintenance issues to the engineering team to minimize downtime.
- Inventory Management: Assist in managing raw materials and finished goods inventory within the packing station.
Kualifikasi
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a production, manufacturing, or food processing environment, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Education: High School Diploma or Vocational Diploma (SMK/D3) in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or related fields.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and manage a team effectively, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with packing machinery, production software, and basic computer applications (Microsoft Office).
- Work Ethic: Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Language: Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English is an advantage.
- Availability: Willingness to work in shifts and adhere to the company's production calendar.
