Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in monitoring and operating pulp and paper production machinery
- Support quality control processes by conducting visual inspections and sampling
- Maintain clean and organized work areas following 5S principles
- Document production data accurately in daily logs and reports
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and PPE requirements
- Collaborate with shift teams to ensure seamless production transitions
- Report equipment malfunctions and process inefficiencies promptly
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or vocational certificate in related field
- Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes and safety standards
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle materials
- Strong attention to detail and observational skills
- Willingness to work in rotating shifts (if required)
- Ability to follow written instructions and standard operating procedures
- Basic computer literacy for data entry tasks
