We are currently looking for dedicated Production Personnel to become vital members of our operations team at our advanced manufacturing facility located in the thriving industrial hub of Santa Maria, Bulacan.
As a Production Personnel, you will play a crucial role in the end-to-end manufacturing process, working in a state-of-the-art environment that strictly adheres to Local and International Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and stringent quality standards. You will be responsible for operating production equipment, assembling products, and ensuring the smooth flow of operations.

Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and monitor production equipment and machinery in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Perform in-process quality checks to ensure products meet established specifications and quality standards (GMP).
- Assist in the packaging, labeling, and inventory management of finished goods.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment, adhering to 5S and safety protocols.
- Report any equipment malfunctions, quality deviations, or safety hazards to the Shift Supervisor immediately.
- Accurately document production activities, batch records, and material usage in logs and systems.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily production targets and improve operational efficiency.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and training programs.
Kualifikasi
- At least a High School Diploma (Senior High School Graduate) or Vocational Diploma in a related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; experience in a manufacturing or pharmaceutical environment is an advantage.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions meticulously.
- Basic mathematical and computer literacy skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Willingness to work in a shifting schedule, including weekends and holidays if required.
- Physically fit to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- Must be a resident of Santa Maria, Bulacan or willing to relocate.
