Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain detailed production schedules to meet customer demand and optimize resource utilization
- Coordinate with procurement, manufacturing, and logistics teams to ensure material availability
- Monitor inventory levels and implement stock control strategies to prevent shortages or overstock
- Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements
- Prepare and distribute daily/weekly production reports for management review
- Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to adjust plans for new product launches
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards across all processes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in production planning or manufacturing operations
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and planning software
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret production data and KPIs
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and inventory control methods
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments under tight deadlines
