Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for manufacturing excellence? Sena Diecasting Industries is seeking a dedicated Production Planner to join our dynamic team in Sungai Buloh. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for synchronizing production schedules, managing material flow, and ensuring that our manufacturing outputs meet the highest standards of efficiency and delivery timeliness.
As a key member of our operations team, you will act as the bridge between sales forecasts and shop floor execution. You will utilize your planning expertise to optimize machine utilization, minimize downtime, and ensure that our diecasting processes run smoothly to satisfy our diverse client base. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain accurate daily and weekly production schedules based on sales orders and inventory levels.
- Coordinate with procurement teams to ensure the timely availability of raw materials and components.
- Monitor production progress to identify potential bottlenecks and implement corrective actions immediately.
- Maintain precise documentation of production outputs, variances, and delivery schedules.
- Analyze manufacturing performance metrics to identify opportunities for process optimization and waste reduction.
- Communicate regularly with internal stakeholders regarding project status and potential delivery risks.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and company quality standards throughout the planning lifecycle.
Kualifikasi
- At least 2-3 years of proven working experience in production planning or manufacturing coordination.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage complex scheduling requirements.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, and familiar with ERP/MRP systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively across various departments.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to managing production challenges.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
