- Develop and maintain comprehensive production schedules aligned with demand forecasts and capacity constraints
- Optimize material flow, inventory levels, and resource utilization to minimize waste and maximize efficiency
- Monitor production progress in real-time and adjust plans proactively to address disruptions
- Coordinate with procurement, maintenance, and quality control teams to ensure smooth operations
- Analyze production data to identify improvement opportunities and implement lean initiatives
- Prepare detailed reports on performance metrics, capacity utilization, and production variances
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols, quality standards, and regulatory requirements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in production planning or manufacturing operations
- Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) and production planning software
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex production data and trends
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities in dynamic environments
- Effective communication skills for cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management
