MD Tool Technologies Sdn Bhd, a leading manufacturer in the precision tooling industry, is looking for a talented Production Planner to join our facility in Skudai, Johor. As a Production Planner, you will play a pivotal role in orchestrating our production activities to meet customer demands while optimizing resource utilization. Your primary focus will be on creating feasible schedules that align with inventory levels, capacity, and lead times.
In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and coordinating daily and weekly production schedules, monitoring work orders, and ensuring the smooth flow of materials. You will collaborate closely with the production team, purchasing department, and warehouse to address any bottlenecks and ensure timely completion of orders. Additionally, you will provide essential administrative and office support to maintain accurate records and reports.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules based on customer orders and inventory levels.
- Coordinate with procurement, inventory, and production teams to ensure material availability and capacity alignment.
- Monitor production progress and adjust schedules as needed to meet deadlines and handle disruptions.
- Analyze production data to identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements.
- Prepare production reports and performance metrics for management review.
- Provide administrative support including filing, data entry, and documentation management.
- Assist in maintaining accurate bill of materials (BOM) and production records.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in production planning or scheduling in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and inventory management is a plus.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
