Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain master production plans aligned with customer demand forecasts and business objectives
- Execute material requirements planning (MRP) to optimize inventory levels and prevent stockouts
- Create detailed production schedules coordinating manufacturing, procurement, and logistics teams
- Monitor production KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Analyze capacity constraints and develop contingency plans for operational disruptions
- Collaborate with sales and operations to synchronize production plans with market demands
- Generate performance reports for senior leadership to support strategic decision-making
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in production planning or manufacturing operations
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and MRP software
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data sets
- Certification in APICS CPIM or CSCP preferred
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies
