- Develop and maintain detailed production schedules for precast components
- Create and manage material requirements planning (MRP) systems
- Coordinate between engineering, procurement, and production teams
- Monitor production progress and identify potential bottlenecks

- Ensure compliance with quality standards and safety regulations
- Analyze production data and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for timely material delivery
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in production planning or manufacturing
- Familiarity with precast concrete production processes
- Proficiency in ERP and production planning software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles
