Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in production planning within manufacturing/printing industry
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and production planning software
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret production metrics and KPIs
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
