Greenstone Packaging Corporation is seeking a highly organized and analytical Production Planner to join our manufacturing facility in Gen T De Leon, Metro Manila. In this critical operational role, you will lead the scheduling and coordination of our manufacturing cycles, ensuring optimal resource allocation and minimum downtime. As our Production Planner, you will act as the central nervous system of our production facility. You will monitor the operations of the entire Production Department, translating sales forecasts and client demands into actionable, high-efficiency schedules. You will work closely with plant managers, warehouse operators, and procurement specialists to resolve bottlenecks, maintain machine efficiency, and uphold Greenstoneās high standards of quality and timely delivery.

- Monitor and evaluate the daily operations of the entire Production Department to maintain seamless workflows.
- Develop, execute, and adjust production schedules to maximize machine efficiency and department productivity.
- Coordinate closely with procurement and warehouse teams to ensure raw material availability aligns with production schedules.
- Track, analyze, and report on key production metrics, capacity utilization, and machine downtime.
- Identify and resolve bottlenecks, scheduling conflicts, or material shortages in a proactive manner.
- Collaborate with Quality Assurance to ensure all scheduled runs comply with regulatory standards and client specifications.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to lean out manufacturing processes and minimize resource waste.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelorās degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- 2 to 4 years of proven experience as a Production Planner or Scheduler, preferably within the packaging or manufacturing industry.
- Strong proficiency in Material Requirements Planning (MRP) or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel for data analysis and capacity forecasting.
- Demonstrated ability to manage shifting priorities and make quick, data-driven decisions under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical mindset with a keen eye for operational detail and process optimization.
