Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and manage daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules to meet customer delivery requirements and optimize resource utilization.
- Monitor real-time production output, machine efficiency, and downtime to ensure targets are met and proactively address bottlenecks.
- Coordinate closely with the procurement and inventory teams to guarantee the availability of raw materials and consumables for uninterrupted production runs.
- Analyze production data, prepare comprehensive performance reports, and recommend actionable improvements to management.
- Collaborate with the Maintenance and Quality departments to schedule preventative maintenance and uphold strict quality standards.
- Lead and participate in continuous improvement (Kaizen, Lean) initiatives to reduce waste, improve cycle times, and enhance overall plant productivity.
- Assist in capacity planning and strategic forecasting for future production needs and capital investments.
- Ensure all production activities comply with company safety policies and regulatory standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Management, or any related field.
- At least 2-3 years of proven experience as a Production Planner, Scheduler, or similar role in a manufacturing setting (packaging, printing, or FMCG is highly preferred).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis) and experience with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
- Solid understanding of production planning principles, inventory control, supply chain management, and lean manufacturing.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with strong attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate effectively across different departments.
- Ability to thrive under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to changing business needs.
- Willing to work on-site in South Caloocan, Metro Manila.
