TTM Technologies Malaysia, a leading manufacturer of printed circuit boards (PCBs), is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Planner to join our dynamic team in Simpang Ampat, Penang. As a Production Planner, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless flow of materials and equipment required for our manufacturing processes, directly impacting our ability to meet customer demands and maintain operational excellence.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing comprehensive production plans and schedules that optimize resources and capacity. You will work closely with procurement, inventory, and production teams to guarantee that the right quality and quantity of raw materials, components, and equipment are available precisely when needed. Your analytical skills will be essential in monitoring inventory levels, forecasting requirements, and identifying potential shortages or overstocks to maintain a balanced supply chain.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain detailed production schedules to meet customer delivery requirements while optimizing capacity utilization.
- Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams to ensure timely availability of raw materials, components, and equipment.
- Monitor inventory levels, analyze consumption patterns, and forecast future demand to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Identify potential supply chain disruptions and proactively implement mitigation plans to minimize impact on production.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, quality, production) to resolve material shortages and production bottlenecks.
- Prepare and present regular reports on production status, inventory turnover, and key performance indicators to management.
- Participate in continuous improvement projects to enhance planning processes, reduce waste, and increase efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and safety regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Production Planner or Materials Planner in a manufacturing environment (PCB or electronics industry preferred).
- Strong understanding of production planning principles, MRP (Material Requirements Planning), and inventory control techniques.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities with keen attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.
