Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain production schedules to ensure on-time delivery while optimizing resource utilization.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement to ensure timely availability of materials.
- Identify and mitigate potential production bottlenecks to maintain continuous workflow.
- Analyze production performance data to drive process improvements and efficiency gains.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align production outputs with customer demand and forecasts.
- Manage work order creation, tracking, and prioritization within the ERP system.
- Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and company manufacturing standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in production planning or materials control within a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively between departments.
- Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure, fast-changing industrial landscape.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma principles is a strong advantage.
