You will collaborate closely with production, sales, and logistics teams to create robust production schedules that minimize waste and maximize customer satisfaction. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and manage master production schedules for the manufacturing facility to meet customer demand and inventory targets.
- Monitor production progress against schedules and implement corrective actions for any variances.
- Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams to ensure timely availability of raw materials for production cycles.
- Analyze historical sales data and market trends to improve demand forecasting accuracy.
- Optimize production runs to minimize changeover times and material wastage.
- Generate and present production performance reports to management, identifying bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company safety, health, and environmental standards during all planning processes.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in production planning, inventory control, or supply chain coordination within a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of coordinating between cross-functional departments.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight production deadlines.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma principles is a significant advantage.
