Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain accurate daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules to ensure operational targets are met.
- Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods to prevent stockouts and minimize carrying costs.
- Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and production floor teams to ensure timely availability of components and resources.
- Analyze production performance metrics to identify trends, delays, and areas for process optimization.
- Translate customer orders into actionable production plans while balancing machine capacity and labor availability.
- Prepare regular reports for management regarding production progress, efficiency rates, and potential supply chain disruptions.
- Collaborate with quality control departments to integrate safety and compliance standards into the production scheduling process.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, or an Engineering-related field.
- Proven experience (2-4 years) in production planning, inventory control, or manufacturing operations.
- Strong proficiency in ERP software and Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.).
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities with high attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interface with diverse internal teams.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly to shifting manufacturing priorities.
- Deep understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles or similar production management methodologies.
