Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and manage master production schedules to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Coordinate material flow and expedite work orders across various departments to prevent downtime.
- Analyze production capacity and identify potential bottlenecks before they impact throughput.
- Collaborate with procurement and warehouse teams to track raw material inventory levels.
- Maintain accurate production documentation and update ERP systems in real-time.
- Facilitate cross-departmental communication to resolve supply chain discrepancies.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement in production efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in production planning or material control within a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage stakeholder relationships.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing production priorities.
- Knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles or Six Sigma is an added advantage.
