Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive production schedules to meet demand forecasts and delivery targets
- Coordinate with procurement to ensure timely availability of raw materials and components
- Monitor production progress and adjust schedules proactively to address bottlenecks
- Analyze capacity constraints and resource requirements for optimal manufacturing efficiency
- Collaborate with logistics to coordinate material flow and finished goods distribution
- Maintain accurate production documentation and performance metrics
- Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance productivity and reduce waste
- Communicate production status and potential risks to stakeholders
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in production planning or manufacturing operations
- Proficiency in ERP systems and production planning software (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret production data and forecasts
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
