Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain production schedules to optimize output and meet delivery targets
- Analyze capacity constraints and resource allocation across manufacturing departments
- Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and quality teams to ensure material availability
- Monitor production KPIs and implement corrective actions for deviations
- Prepare capacity planning reports and forecasts for management review
- Collaborate with engineering teams for new product integration
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in production workflows
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of production planning experience in semiconductor manufacturing
- Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems and production planning software
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
