Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain production schedules to optimize output and meet customer demand
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure material availability
- Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements
- Coordinate with procurement, sales, and manufacturing teams to align production targets
- Generate and distribute production reports for management decision-making
- Implement and optimize ERP/MRP systems for efficient production planning
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout production cycles
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in production planning within manufacturing environments
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) and MS Office Suite
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret production metrics and KPIs
- Excellent communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and inventory optimization techniques
