Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement detailed production schedules based on sales forecasts, customer orders, and plant capacity.
- Monitor production progress and adjust schedules as needed to meet delivery deadlines and optimize resource utilization.
- Collaborate effectively with sales, procurement, and logistics departments to ensure seamless alignment of production plans with material availability and shipping schedules.
- Manage inventory levels of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods to minimize waste and avoid stockouts.
- Proactively identify and resolve production bottlenecks, material shortages, and potential scheduling conflicts.
- Utilize ERP/MRP systems for comprehensive planning, tracking, and reporting of production activities.
- Participate actively in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance planning processes and overall operational efficiency.
- Prepare accurate and timely production reports and performance analyses for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) as a Production Planner or in a similar planning role within a manufacturing environment, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Strong understanding and practical experience with MRP/ERP systems (e.g., SAP PP, Oracle SCM).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with a data-driven approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for complex data analysis and reporting.
- Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with all levels of the organization and external stakeholders.
- Highly detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies is a distinct advantage.
