Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain production schedules aligned with demand forecasts and business objectives
- Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure material availability
- Monitor production progress and adjust plans to address bottlenecks
- Optimize resource allocation including labor, equipment, and materials
- Analyze production data to identify efficiency improvement opportunities
- Prepare regular reports on KPIs including output, efficiency, and inventory levels
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production delays
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in production planning within manufacturing
- Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret production metrics
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities
